* At HandiCart, we certainly don't pretend to have all the answers and we also know that you have many vendors to choose from. However, because we have also worked many years in the music profession, everything we're selling is something is something we've used ourselves and if you have any doubts about a particular product, give us a call before you place your order and let's make sure it's the right item for you!

What if the item I order is out of stock?

* In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, the customer will be contacted in 24 hours and offered the option of (a) cancelling the order (b) ordering an alternate product or (c) receiving a "raincheck" until the item is back in stock and ready to ship.

Do you have a products catalogue?

* At this time HandiCart does not offer a products catalogue.

Can I order by telephone?

* Certainly. Call us at 303 839-9363 8:00Am to 5:00PM MST Monday thru Friday. If you reach a recording, please leave a message and we'll get back to you.

Can I pay with PayPal, Credit Card, Check or Money Order?

* PayPal and many popular credit cards are accepted. Cashiers checks and Money Orders will be accepted and orders will ship once these methods have been cashed. Unfortunately, this is a slow process and if you are in a hurry to get your items, PayPal or credit card orders are much quicker.

Can I use a company purchase order?
* We will accept company purchase orders and ship when credit references are approved. We do not, however, offer extended credit terms.

I don't live in the US. Can I still order from your website?
* At this time, our web site is set up for standard shipping to the lower 48 US states only. If however you would like us to ship an order outside the US, please contact us and we will try to accomodate you. Since our carts are shipped UPS ground directly from the manufacturer and normally ship to the lower 48 states only please contact us for other shipping arrangements.

Will you ship a utility cart to a PO Box?
* No. Utility carts ship UPS ground from the manufacturer and UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.

How much will shipping cost?
* Shipping charges are calculated automatically and are based on the weight of the item at the time the order is placed.

How soon do you ship from date of order?
* Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-2 working days from receipt of payment.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
* On accesory items, we can accomodate most requests for expedited shipping. Because the utility carts are shipped directly from the manufacturer, you will need to contact us to see if your needs can be accomodated. Any additional freight charges above standard UPS ground will be the responsibility of the customer.

Can I trace my order?
* All orders shipped UPS are done so with a tracking number and status can be confirmed by going on the internet at UPS.com If your package has shipped USPS and you are concerned about delivery, contact us and we can use the delivery confirmation number to track it down. In the rare case where a shipment is lost, you may request either a refund or re-shipment of your order.

What is your item replacement policy?
* Please examine your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immiediately to report anything broken or defective. If an item is damaged during shipment or defective on arrival, please save all packaging and contact us to have it replaced free of charge. If the item needs to be returned to us, we will pay the shipping charges.

What is your item return policy?
* If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, undamaged and complete items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price. In order to qualify, you must contact us within 5 working days of receiving the item. Please do not return an item without prior authorization. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Can I cancel an order?
* Yes an order may be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order please contact us asap as most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.
